Eve’s story

Eve was a fierce softball player whose life was cut short by a rare brain tumor at the age of 17.

She was strong, passionate, and kind — a leader in both athletics and academics, and a compassionate friend to all. Softball was her love, and through her coaches, her teammates, and the sport itself, she became an even better version of herself.

Though her life was short, her light lives on. Eve believed deeply in herself and in others, and she brought that belief to everything she did. It is this spirit, along with her infectious smile, that we hope will inspire generations of young women to become the game changers of tomorrow.

By creating this foundation, our wish is to empower girls to experience softball as Eve did — as a place to push limits, learn about life, practice bravery, and show courage. A place that allows you to believe in yourself, your hopes, and your dreams..
